My colleagues at Arthur Cox in Belfast recently nominated Marie Curie Cancer Care as the Firm’s Charity of the Year for 2013/2014. Unfortunately I have been hampered in particpating in any of the fundraising activities to date due to an inability to combat my fear of heights, swim more than a metre, run very far or cook food which will not result in a major investigation by the Department of Environmental Health. 

I have therefore decided to get into shape and step back into the boxing ring to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care, a  charity which has touched many lives either directly or indirectly.  Win, lose or draw, I am aiming to raise as much money as a I can for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
