I am running Nike's RunToTheBeat half marathon in London on 25th September to raise money for CARE International. 

CARE International is currently working in East Africa, where more than ten million people in Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia and Djibouti are now in need of urgent humanitarian assistance.   This is the most severe food crisis in the world today, with some areas experiencing the driest period in 60 years.
