Th ABP Marathon did me in!  Without knowing I had the fantastic support behind me (and all that money pledged) it couldn't have done it.

Over £25,000 raised so never again, I said.  So what do I do with myself now?

Thought a stroll up Kilimanjaro might be something different.  Beats running round Southampton!

Seriously, I'm off.  My trip is being generously sponsored by Cooper Vision so any money that you sponsor me will go directly to Sophie's Appeal.

Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa, about 4,900 metres from its base to 5,895 metres above sea level.

In preparation for the climb, I'll also be climbing the three highest peaks in the UK.  Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.  You are more than welcome to join me!
