Emunah in Israel helps thousands of children and families on a daily basis through its network of residential homes, high schools, day care and community centres and therapy and counselling services. British Emunah fundraises to support 36 projects in Israel.

Story

Thanks for supporting us.  A few months ago we decided to challenge ourselves and trek up Kilimanjaro in Jan'16.  There are 19 of us going and having paid for it all we then thought we should use the trek to raise some money for charity.

We have chosen a programme run by Emunah which helps severely "at risk" children who have been removed from their homes and have to live in care.  The Outdoor Training & Adventure Therapy programme helps these kids boost self-esteem, confidence and health awareness and combine that with team building and life skills.

Every penny we raise will go to the programme, the trip is totally self-funded by us and nothing you donate will be going towards our travel costs.

We have used JustGiving as it is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
