Hi everyone. 

As you know I have fundraised for Epilepsy Scotland for around 3 years and have raised over £5000 in this time. We have been shortlisted and selected as one of five couples in a competition with GoRadio. Myself and the other 4 couples have 2 weeks to raise money for their charity and whoever raises the most money wins their dream wedding, sounds a bit unreal! We have always spoke about going straight to a wedding with no engagement so what a more perfect way to do it than having some fun cake and raising money for a fantastic cause!

My fundraising starts on Friday 25th February 10am for 2 weeks. Over the two weeks I am having as many bake sales as I possibly can to raise money. I am also having a virtual bake sale which basically means if you donate I will make up boxes of cakes/brownies/cookies to be collected from me on certain days as detailed below.

For those of you who maybe don't know my story behind raising money and volunteering I will let you know. My partner Grant was unexpectedly diagnosed with Epilepsy when he was 18 years old. This diagnosis dramatically changed his life including having to change his position in work, unable to drive for years. Thankfully we had Epilepsy Scotland who helped us with so much over the years and provided us with so much information. I have pretty much made it my life mission to raise money and awareness about Epilepsy. Obviously for anyone it would be a dream to win a wedding but for me if we don't win, I will still be absolutely delighted if we can raise a good amount for this charity.

Virtual bake sale. 

Donations made on 25/02/2022 & 26/02/2022 can collect freshly made items on 27/02/2022 from either of my houses located G13 or G33.

Donations from 5pm on 26/02/2022 - 04/03/2022 (5pm) can collect freshly made items on 05/03/2022+06/03/2022 from either of my houses located G13 or G33.

Donations from 5pm 04/03/2022 -10/03/2022 can collect freshly made items on 11/03/2022+12/03/2022 from either of my houses located G13 or G33.

If you donate and you are participating in the virtual bake sale you MUST send me a message on Instagram @babybakes__ or email me on my personal email kimberleymburns@outlook.com to confirm which date and location suits you and I will provide the full address. Alternatively if you work with me I will bring them in to work just let me know.
