Over the last few months I decided to take up running. I’ve already improved my 5k time significantly and now want to set myself a bigger challenge. I hope to raise money and awareness for ERIC during these difficult times.

Throughout January, I plan to run 50 miles over the duration of the month. This will be spread out into lots of individual runs which I’ll be tracking on my Apple Watch. I’ll be posting regular updates so you guys can follow my journey.
