This year, James Simpson, Cameron Taylor, Andrew Beveridge, Mark Cathro and  Ryan Cathro will be taking on the Reebok Spartan Beast. Two of us run this event last year, and swore to never to do it again, but here we are now, ready to take on 'the ultra beast' again.

This is a 22km race, including 30+ obstacles, up and down hills, under water, the lot! And with the faithful scottish weather, it will make it even more of a challenge.

We have all chosen to run for Samaritans for a variety of different reasons. All of us will have our reasons, and these may be found out when we do a wee profile update for each of us. So keep an eye out for these!
