It's one year since Dad left us and I really wanted to do something positive in his memory. We all know what a generous man he was so I thought raising money for charity would be a perfect thing to do. Dad was forever 'telling me to be quiet' so I figured the best way to raise money in memory of him today was to actually do that for a whole 24 hours.

Dad I know you're watching over us and pray that you continue to do that everyday. Never a day that goes by and you're not in my heart - wish you the greatest peace and happiness wherever you may be. I loved you so much and always will xxx
