I am running the Yorkshire Marathon and raising money for the Jane Tomlinson Appeal - helping children and those with cancer. The longest I have run is 10k and now I somehow have to do 42k. My primary goal is to finish but I also want a reasonable time. This is going to be a massive task, partly due to my lack of training and partly because I'm not the fittest bloke on the planet!
