Following the tragic loss of an amazing woman & mother to two young children last year, I was made aware of the support Mosaic can offer to those in such an unimaginable situation. 

They create a child centred service which offers a pathway of support for bereaved children, young people and their families. Providing support for those young people facing the death of a loved one.

Therefore, I've taken the leap & entered my first triathlon, but having never swum in the sea before this could be interesting - I'm hoping with some practice & a great charity as incentive, it'll all be ok on the day!
