<p>Hi all</p> <p>A big thanks for taking the time to visit&nbsp;our JustGiving page.</p> <p>As most of you know we have passion for the great outdoors and snowboarding in particular, when we heard about the charity, <a title="Snow Camp" href="http://www.snow-camp.org.uk/">Snow Camp</a> and the Everest Challenge we decided to go for it.</p> <p>The Everest Challenge is a unique 3 day charity snowsports event.&nbsp;The challenge is to ski or snowboard a total of 150km in 48 hours, including a night ski session and a night mountain hike - whew!!&nbsp; We will of course be snowboarding - none of this two planks for us he he.</p> <p>The main reason we decided to go for it was after hearing about the great work that <a title="Snow Camp" href="http://www.snow-camp.org.uk/">Snow Camp</a> does for inner-city youth.&nbsp;<a title="Snow Camp" href="http://www.snow-camp.org.uk/">Snow Camp</a> gives kids the chance to get out of their anti-social environments, teaching them life skills, while learning&nbsp;new skills like skiing or snowboarding. They also focus on the vocational side providing opportunties to work in the snowsports industry in the future.</p> <p>Through the combination of snowsports and life-skills, their programmes enable young people to grow in confidence and self esteem, develop as individuals and make positive choices for their lives.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
