Kirsty and Ross are doing a sprint triathlon in August which includes swimming 750m, cycling 20km and running 5km.  We are doing it in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support as cancer has or will affect most people in their lives one way or another, and would therefore apprectiate every little donation possible.
