The Natalie Kate Moss Trust was setup in 2012 by the Moss family after the sudden death of Natalie from a brain haemorrhage. With only 3 out of 5 people surviving a brain haemorrhage within one month, the trust is on a mission to prevent and treat as many brain haemorrhages as possible.

Story

In 2011 a great friend to many Natalie Moss was lost to a sudden and devastating brain haemorrhage. Since losing our friend the Natalie Kate Moss Trust was set up to support individuals who have suffered a brain injury through university life and fund research into Strokes at Manchester University.

Since the trust began we have seen many friends achieve some spectacular feats to raise funds for this brilliant cause and we've decided to stop watching from the sidelines and start taking action.

To say Tidy and I are at peak physical fitness would be a great overstatement. With creaking knees and muffin tops a plenty, this year, to celebrate our 34th/35th birthdays we decided instead of extravagant gifts for one another we would instead love to raise money and give back to a cause that is very close to us.

We'll be tackling 26.2 miles of hills in Pembrokeshire all for this worthwhile cause so any pound you can afford will spur us on further to drag our sorry carcasses up those hills!

Knoxy and Tidy

xx
