Hi, I'm going to take part in the Krassfit Challenge in Germany, which is just like going a ToughMudder in the UK. As most of you know I am no longer the youngest but after having served in 4 different conflicts over the years, Help for Hero's is very close to my heart and a charity that does fantastic work for those of us who after serving for Queen and country have paid the ultimate price.

You’re all more than welcome to come and visit me in hospital afterwards!
