I'm running the Birmingham Half Marathon to raise money for the Birmingham Children's Hospital because they're a great cause, and close to my heart. Our 2yr old son Daniel has already twice been admitted there because of his asthma complications, and we couldn't have asked for a more caring, dedicated team of professionals to care for him.

Daniel has bounced back, but there are many kids there less fortunate, and so I'm hoping that I can just raise enough money to buy their wards some new toys to brighten up their stay in some small way.

No donation is too small. I'm not a proud man, as anybody on the finish line will witness all too easily!
