Royal Parks Half Marathon 2013 · 6 October 2013 ·

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

On the 6th October, I am participating in my first half marathon! As you all know I have not had the best history with competitive events before (broke my hand last time) so I made the decision to join a race without bikes this time...

To make the event more special, I am fundraising for Parkinson, which is a cause close to my heart and which impacts my grandfather, and so I appreciate any contribution you can make to help find a cure and make it easier for people impacted by it!

Pictures will be posted after the event, and will (hopefully) show no broken bones this time!

Thanks for taking the time and for your contribution!
