Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well I did the mile in Salford Quays (third year running) and got a great time of 32.22 well under last years time so really pleased, just need to see if we can raise the money aimed for.  Work have reached a total of £106 which can go into the total as well, making £126 so far. 

As well as Salford Quays I'll be doing some Epic Event swims too - best get back to training!
