I was privileged to read Memento Mori before it was published by Hope and Plum publishing. I was touched by the strength and frankness of this young author. She spoke of facing death in her early 20's from metastatic cancer. 

Katherine speaks from the heart. 

Less than a year later, cancer invaded my own young adult family. I was drawn to revisit this work from a more personal and painful perspective. Katherine has helped me to try and understand this world from the heart of someone who endures, fears and challenges the unknown. Her journey is unique. For those who travel or have experienced a similar route, these words will speak to you.
