Thank you for taking the time to donate for this great cause. As a friend of Aaron's and volunteer with the charity I'm glad to be able to raise funds alongside the finest group of young men assembled in the South East Essex area. We've managed to recruit some extra bodies for this ride so keep an eye out for the ALF jerseys.

This year, I'll be riding with Andy Barnett, Frank Ryan, Tom Spence, George Anderson-Brown, Kostas Dellas, Gareth Steed, David Steed, Randal Whitmore, Jonny Saunders, Jay Syrett and Howard Lee.

Please give as much as you can to repay the incredibly sore bums we'll get from the hours in the saddle! This year we're planning on completing the longer 65 mile route.

We shall be ending our ride at the Peterboat in Old Leigh as they are hosting a music event for the charity so please join us for some drinks and live music! Look forward to seeing you there!!
