David Mackay, Natalia Reglero, Chris Waite,  Boushra Taraza & David Sattaur are running the London 10km on the 10th July to raising money for the companies sponsored charity Body & Soul.  

Established in 1996, Body & Soul is an innovative UK charity that has developed a comprehensive, community-based and trauma engaged approach to address the life-threatening effects of childhood adversity of people of all ages.
