Matt, Tom, John and Gareth are taking on the monumental challenge of cycling 1000 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats in just 10 days!

We would love your support and have chosen a charity that means alot to Matt and is based in Sussex to support young people in very difficult situations.

The Wise project is based in the South East and supports children and young people who are vulnerable to or experiencing sexual exploitation. The project provides invaluable support to enable young people to make more informed choices, have someone to talk to and gain therapeutic support. Wise also work hard in local schools to raise awareness of this practice and teach young people to be aware of the signs and increase protective behaviours.
