Guess the value of the FTSE and win a £2,000 donation to the charity of your choice.

To enter our charity trading competition, all you need to do is make a donation to our partner charity and guess what the value of the FTSE100 (UK users) or FTSE MIB (Italian users) will be at close of trading on Thursday, 5 April.

1. Click on the button to the right marked, "Donate" and make a donation to our partner charity

2. IMPORTANT: In the box marked, "Leave a comment" enter your guess in the format "FTSE100 + guess" or "FTSE MIB + guess". Your answer must have two decimal figures, e.g. "FTSE100 6091.15"

3. Leave your name so that we can inform you if you have won!

The prizes:

1. The UK and Italian winners will get the opportunity to nominate a charity of their choice to which the LSE Group Foundation will make a donation of £2,000.

2. The UK winner will be invited to come to the London Stock Exchange Group’s HQ with their charity to officially open the market in London. The winner in Italy will get the chance to visit Borsa Italiana’s headquarters in Milan with their charity of choice to be presented with the donation.

The competition is open on Monday 2 April, 2012 only. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
