Story

In just a few months time 10 members of the Laing O'Rourke and Crown House Technologies Alder Hey in the Park project team will be taking on the Liverpool Half Marathon with the aim of raising as much money as possible for Alder Hey Children's Charity.

Working closely with Alder Hey during the development of the new hospital we have been able to gain an insight into the remarkable work they do for each and every child that has to visit. The money we raise will go towards the Alder Hey Children's Charity 'Do Something Remarkable' appeal which is aiming to raise £30m for the new hospital to provide:

  • Life saving medical state of the art equipment
  • Digital and interactive personalised entertainment, information and therapy for children and their families
  • Arts programme to improve patient experience through music, storytelling, dance visual arts and animation.

Please help us meet our target of £2,000for Alder Hey Children's Charity.
