Next week I will be running the Pride Run 10K to raise money for Micro Rainbow International Foundation! 

In over 70 countries being LGBTI is criminalised. Many people leave their homes to come to the UK to find refuge, and all too often when they arrived they are faced with further discrimination and the threat of homelessness. In the UK, MRIF provides much needed emergency housing support and social inclusion programmes for LGBTI asylum seekers and refugees. 

I am obviously a big fan of this charity and I know first hand the wonderful work that is being done.

Please feel free to give as little or much as you are able...but either way continue being a outspoken and unstoppable ally for LGBTI asylum seekers and refugees xoxoxo
