I will be running on behalf of Hope for the Young, an amazing charity that supports young refugees and asylum-seekers in the UK. Of particular importance is the mentoring project, which pairs each young person with a volunteer mentor. Mentors provide one-to-one support to their mentees to help them access education and begin to rebuild their lives. 

Throughout the pandemic Hope for the Young has also been distributing essential supplies such as food, medication, warm clothing and mobile data to ensure that those facing potential destitution are kept safe and can remain connected to vital services.
