Story
A lot of us know someone who is or has been affected by Alzheimer's and Dementia.
Whether it is a loved one or a friend slowly fading away; watching while friends and loved ones become strangers to the afflicted is horrible.
To help provide care for those suffering from it, support for those left behind and research into a cure, I have decided to help raise funds for Alzheimer's Society, by taking on a challenge.
I am challenging myself to complete a "Tough Mudder" on 26th September 2015, in their name.
Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, determination, and camaraderie.
