I'm hiking Pen y Fan mountain on September 24th with staff, volunteers and service users to raise money for Llanelli Mind, our local mental health charity. Llanelli Mind supports local people living with poor mental health. Mental health is just as important as physical health. The stigma that can be attached to mental health needs to end. Everyone experiences mental health whether it's good or bad. Llanelli Mind is a lifeline to many service users and with your donations we can continue to support local people who are experiencing poor mental health.
