Ela Haf is just five years old and on the 7th October 2017 she will take part in her first ever charity event , the rainbow run to raise money for Ty Hafan.

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families, throughout Wales.

Ela will be running 5k. That's 1k for each year of her little life and it's so important to me as her mum that she understands that even the smallest of gestures can make a difference.

We will be running this together and will be showered in different coloured paints as we run the route - hence the name 'rainbow run'.

We would be forever grateful if you could help us to raise as much as we can for this extra special charity and help Ela Haf to reach her target (with a little help from mummy.)
