World Book Day 2022 has the theme “You Are a Reader” and with this in mind the PTA would like to share the news of an exciting event happening in school on the morning of Friday 4th March.

Each child from Nursery to Year 3 will be invited to take part in a sponsored “Bounce for Books” – this will take place in school time, supervised by teachers and PTA members who will count the bounces each child makes in 1 minute.

The school is introducing a brand-new reading scheme which will benefit all pupils in Nursery to Year 2, the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Scheme - this event will provide funds towards this.
