Second session of chemo yesterday and my first run - in 32 mins around bulford drove. Race of life seem to want me to pay £15 entry fee for each race which takes away a huge portion of fund raising so hope everyone is ok if i run them on my own? Will enter salisbury race for life. One down, four to go!

Sarah's out of her op with lymph nodes intact! Now THAT deserves a glass of wine!

We all know someone who suffers from cancer - two years ago I ran for my dad, Matthew, my mum in law, my uncle (both of them), Susie's mum-in-law, Christel's mum and the list went on and on.  This year it all became real again and one of my closest friends (don't get big headed, you know who you are!) discovered a lump.  It's all still very unreal - and that's how it's got to stay.  Otherwise I have to walk my own dog ;-) !!!!

It's been two years since my last serious fund raising event.  I'm not running the distances that I ran then, but I thought that 5 x 5k races was something of an effort and something worthy of some sponsorship please.  Last time we raised nearly £2K.  Let's see what we can do, to help further research into this awful disease which affects SO MANY people.
