I am running in the Cardiff half marathon on the 7th October to help raise money for YMCA. I believe it is a very important charity that helps young people who are not in a position to help themselves find safety and security in hard times. They do an excellent job in local communities supporting people from birth through to adulthood with such things as nurseries, school clubs and youth work as well as respite for young carers and family mediation. It would mean the world to me if I could help YMCA to help others by raising money to put back into the communities that need our support around the UK.
