We support people to move on from homelessness

Story

Climbing Snowdon this summer was such an enjoyable experience for us both. Therefore we have set out sights higher and decided to climb Kilimanjaro, Africa's higests peak and the world's 4th tallest mountain. At a staggering 5,895 metres along with its snow capped peak and a very real risk of altitude sickness, for us amateurs it represents a huge challenge! Did you know only two 3rds of people who attempt it make it to the top!

We will be undertaking this massive feat for the charity Emmaus who aim to help and empower homeless people. The ever growing issue of more and more homeless people on our streets is all to apparant. Therefore we're keen to support a charity we believe do a great job in supporting this cause locally in Bristol.

All you donations will go directly to Emmaus Bristol in support of homeless people. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So the next time your walking up a slight gradient on that pavement to the take out or the pub then please take a moment to think of us half way up a mountain, but more importantly of the numerous homeless people on our streets this winter.

 Thank you for your support!
