On Sunday the 18th September 2016 I will be taking in the 'Rough Runner' 6 mile obstacle course challenge which includes obstacles such as 'Fearless Fall' 'Cargo Corskcrew' 'The Punchbag Revenge' among may more and then finally finishing with 'The Travelator'.

This is in aide of a special little boy called Billy Darch who was diagnosed with a rare disease called Menkes at 6 months old by GOSH and sadly passed away just after his 1st birthday.
