PARC (Essex) it is a small charity based at the Great Notley Discovery Centre that provides play and social opportunities for children and young people with additional needs from birth to 25 year olds. 

Parc also provides support and advice for parents with additional needs children. There is always someone on the other end of the phone for support! 

PARC’s main aim is to make sure  every child has the right to play in a controlled and safe environment and to make children with complex and additional needs feel that they can just play like every other child and have access to the same facilities that every child should.
