October is my absolute favourite month of the year ... the sky stays blue (hopefully) but the leaves change and the air gets crisp ! Hats and scarfs come out , we get to eat soup and pumpkin pie ! Canadian Thanksgiving , autumn walks and Halloween are just some of the wonderful events we get to enjoy !! Its a month of beautiful colours and generally just makes me smile !!

This October I've opted to cut out drinking for the whole month to give something back. Prostate Cancer UK is a brilliant charity one of my very best friends happens to work for. I'd just like to show my appreciation and support for what they do and any little amount you can spare to give will really help. I'm saving up all the money I would be spending on alcohol over the course of the month and I'm going to donate that along with all your amazing contributions !!

This cause really means a lot to a few people close to me right now and I just want to show them my support and love !!

Lets show all the men in our lives how much we appreciate them by giving to this beautiful cause !!
