The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

In 2019, I'll be taking on the challenge of running the New York Marathon in aid of The National Autistic Society.

Taking part in this event goes far beyond the run itself. I have set myself the challenge of raising £2500 in order to  provide the charity with funds to help their mission. With over 700,000 people living with autism in the UK alone, the goal of NAS is to provide support for those living with this condition, and to help change society's attitude towards those with autism. A lack of education about the disability means that one of the biggest struggles faced for those effected is actually day-to-day communication with the general public.

Any donation, big or small, will go towards the specialist services ran by the charity. Through specialist schools, summer camps, home support and even employability aid, The National Autistic Society is making huge impacts in society for a much needed change.

Please join me in raising awareness! I would really appreciate any help in reaching this target and helping such a just cause. Thank you for any support!!
