My family and I would hugely appreciate your support in raising money for a wonderful charity my Dad created after suffering a stroke. As a result of the stroke and the damaged caused to his brain, my dad now suffers from aphasia, which is a condition that affects his speaking, reading and writing ability. Please visit his website to learn about aphasia. http://www.sayaphasia.org

He has been amazingly supportive throughout my life; more than anyone. And so it is time to give back and support his amazing achievement of pretty much single handedly creating a charity, which fully supports and comforts fellow stroke / aphasia sufferers. 

Say Aphasia has so far been a huge comfort to those who have attended the weekly drop in group that this charity offers. Instead of feeling alone, bored and at times useless, many people are now finding new purpose. Especially after losing the ability to continue their careers. And so because of Say Aphasia, the people who come along to the group are a whole lot more positive.

To raise money I am truly putting myself out of my comfort zone! Long distance running really is not my thing! So please show your support and donate, even just a little.This is hugely appreciated!
