As many of you will know, CRY is a very worthwhile cause which has been close to my heart since the tragic death of my brother-in-law, Andy, last year. I will be running with memories of Andy foremost in my mind and with thoughts of his family - my sister, Sophy and their children, Olivia and Harry.
