In the summer I will be spending 6 weeks teaching in Nepal. The schools involved rely almost entirely on charitable donations to provide education for hundreds of the most vulnerable children in the country. The schools pride themselves on their inclusive nature, embracing all children and particularly promoting education for girls in a society which remains extremely male dominated.

Many of the children come from extremely deprived backgrounds, meaning that the work of the charity and the volunteers is imperative in helping them to break free from poverty.

As part of my work with Cambridge Volunteers in Nepal, I am aiming to raise as much money as possible to donate to the schools. All the money I raise will be given directly to help provide children with the basic opportunities that so many of us take for granted. ANY donation would be sincerely appreciated!
