On 19th June I will be kayaking an exhausting 10 miles up the River Thames with 50 colleagues to raise money for the Diana Awards (I shan't tell you about the charity here as it is all written opposite, but it's a phenomenal cause and I can't recommend their work enough). 

We'll be heading from East London (Isle of Dogs/Thames Barrier) up through central London to Westminster Bridge if I make it all the way! I haven't done any training yet bu may need to begin looking into this! 

I haven't pestered you all for sponsorship for a while for an event so it was only a matter of time! 

Any donations will be repaid in beer/champagne (Verity need not apply) as I will be hugely grateful!

Barclays have kindly agreed to match all monies raised therefore feel free to give even more money...!
