Fundraising for Blood Cancer UK
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Tuesday 5th April, staring at 8pm. I will be attempting to swim 1,000m EVERY 30 mins for the duration of 24 hours. This will give me no time to sleep or eat anything substantial. It will be a real test of endurance and determination. By the end, I will have swum 48,000m around 1.5 times the distance of the English Channel. I'm in real need of some sponsorship, the money will go to raise money for rssbetail research into blood cancer. Anyone that feels they have a few pounds to spare I greatly appreciate it
I know I'm not the only person that has lost people to cancer. I've seen loved ones lose their battles and am supporting people I am close to with their struggle. I hear the term cancer come up in conversation far too often. If my fund raising brings about a cure 1h sooner then every bead of sweat and tear drop will have been worth it. Let's do something about it!
