We have decided to enter a 10km Sponsored walk for Meir Panim, who look after Holocaust Survivors and others existing in abject poverty in Israel - an extremely worthy cause.

The walk takes place in the middle of the night through the historic East End of London and will take between two and three hours.

With hip replacements and several knee replacements it seems very daunting to us!!!!
