I have recently started cycling & decided to do the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride for the first time.

I thought I’d take the opportunity to help raise some funds for a very worthwhile cause. 

Ours, like many families, has been affected by relatives suffering from long term mental health problems and accessing help and support has proved challenging at times. My wife, Louise, lives and works in the West Yorkshire area and  decided to support Mind in Bradford two years ago by becoming a volunteer trustee. I’d like to support her by raising funds for a charity that adds so much value to its local community. 

Mind in Bradford supports anyone experiencing mental or emotional problems providing a number of services and a safe place to access help.
