I'll be running the Great Scottish Run 10k on 04/09/11 in memory of my Uncle Frank and to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

Frank died suddenly just before Christmas in 2009 of meningitis septicemia and is still missed everyday.

Please give genorously, as it is such a good cause. It doesn't have to be much but every little bit will really help to make a difference.
