Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After sustaining an injury last year I had to pull out of the Robin Hoof Half in September. I’ve recovered now and had planned to run the Saint-Germain-en-Laye half marathon in May, but it was cancelled due to COVID-19. Instead, I’ll be climbing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in September with my dad and sister! 

Sands are an amazing charity who fund research to help prevent the number of babies dying, support parents following the loss of a child and work in partnership with healthcare professionals.

The work they do means a lot to me and my family. After a difficult pregnancy, my sister gave birth to twins who sadly only lived for a few hours. As you can imagine this was an incomprehensible loss for her and her partner, and organisations like Sands can carry out life changing research so that more babies survive and parents do not have to experience the same thing. They also provide incredible bereavement support for those who do.  

Anything you can spare will be hugely appreciated by us all! (Not to mention it will keep me motivated in my training!!!) Thank you!!!
