I've only gone and entered a bloody race called 'Hellrunner' this Sunday 7th November. Chicken oriental eh?

Hopefully though my 10 miles of mud, sweat, probably tears (either of laughter, resignation or pain!) and potential broken parts of my body will help someone get through something a million times more hellish...

So please please dig deep and help my fellow runners and I (Hannah, Richard and James) dig a little deeper to get through the race - if the weather forecast is right they may well still be digging me out of a muddy hole the following Sunday!
