Hi Everyone!

As you are probably very aware, running really isn’t my thing. However, I will be running this years great south run, I will be raising money for a charity called off the record. 

They offer free and confidential - information, support and counselling for young people aged 11 - 25. They are an independent organisation completely run by volunteers, the help and support they give the community is really important.

So three reasons why you should sponsor me to run the great south run:-

1. Off the record offered me free counselling when I really needed it and it would be great if I could give something back to them to say thank you.

2. The money I raise will go to funding the volunteers who offer support and counselling services to 11-25 year olds - which if you ask me is pretty cool!

3. You will be able to watch me running/flapping/crawling around the streets of Portsmouth.
