After years of doing no exercise and been a total couch potatoe I decided to challenge myself to complete a half marathon,. A year ago i wouldnt have seen myself running a mile never mind a half marathon.

Having seen numerous family members, friends and work colleagues be affected by cancer I've decided I want to raise as much money as possible to support a fantastic charity such as cancer research UK, which will hopefully help fund research to put a stop to this dreadful illness.
