I have served with the Royal Regiment of Scotland for over 12 years, and served on 3 Operational Tours, of both Iraq and Afghanistan. I have friends and colleagues who have suffered from combat stress or PTSD, and just want to do a little something to show my support, and raise more awareness for everyone who has to go through this, show them they are not alone.
