I am participating in the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 2nd to raise money for LINC.

I will be doing this in memory of my Uncle John Evans who sadly lost his 6 year battle with a rare form of cancer called Multiple Myeloma.

LINC helps to support patients and their families affected by leukaemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers such as Multiple Myeloma.

More and more people and families are being affected by cancer so i am hoping funds raised from doing this run can help to beat this vile disease. Therefore preventing more lives from needlessly being lost.
